Flavius Victor, son of Magnus Maximus, was raised to the rank of Augustus in A.D. 387 and remained in Gaul while his father invaded Italy. Following the death of Magnus Maximus, he was taken prisoner and executed by Arbogastes, the general of Theodosius Ist.
